Your dental plan options are administered by Delta Dental of Washington. You can see any dentist you’d like, but you’ll pay less when you see a Delta Dental PPO dentist. Using a Delta Dental Premier dentist comes with protection against the higher costs of out-of-network dentists, but you may pay more of the cost than with a PPO dentist.
To find network dentists, search Delta Dental’s provider directory. Select Delta Dental PPO or Delta Dental Premier under Choose your network.
